We do not provide a bespoke design service and cannot accommodateF individual requests for colour schemes or layouts.
Requests to change or cancel orders after confirmation will unfortunately not be possible in most cases. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the content and layout of the design is correct before ordering.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe please contact us as soon as possible. Dispatch and delivery estimates can be found on our delivery information page and in your order confirmation email.
We will always do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, and if you require an order urgently please contact us before placing the order to discuss delivery options. Please note that it is highly unlikely that we will be able to dispatch framed items in under 5 working days, particularly during busy periods.
