Do you offer framing for your prints and posters?

Not yet. We hope to bring our framing service to our US store soon.

What do you print on?

Do your canvases come already stretched on a frame?

Yes, they are stretched on a frame that is approximately 1.5" deep. Please see our Product Quality page for more information.

Can you create a design that is not listed on the website?

We do not provide a bespoke design service and cannot accommodateF individual requests for colour schemes or layouts.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Requests to change or cancel orders after confirmation will unfortunately not be possible in most cases. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the content and layout of the design is correct before ordering.

My order has not arrived in the expected time frame

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe please contact us as soon as possible. Dispatch and delivery estimates can be found on our delivery information page and in your order confirmation email.

I need my order quickly. Can you help?

We will always do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, and if you require an order urgently please contact us before placing the order to discuss delivery options.

Can I track my order?

You will receive an email once your order is on its way. If you have selected a trackable service you will receive details of your delivery in your dispatch email. Please see our current Delivery Information for all details.
